ENTRY RULES AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRIES FOR THE FRESH CREATIVE AWARDS 2008 ARE NOW CLOSED.


Please take a quick minute to read the rules!

  • Entry is open to everyone – be they individuals or organisations in the United Kingdom and Republic or Ireland, with the exception of all organisations based within the M25.
  • The qualifying period for entries is 29 June 2007 to 3 July 2008 and the deadline is the deadline! You can plead and beg but it won’t make any difference this year! Please avoid giving Paula a headache and enter nice and early!
  • By entering you are declaring that your work has been published, transmitted, displayed etc during the qualifying period If any entry falls outside of this period, or fails to be verified upon request, it will be automatically disqualified without refund
  • The exceptions to this ruling are Idea that Never Made It and Freshest Concept
  • All entries must comply with the British codes of Advertising & Sales Promotion
    as detailed by the ASA. Any entry with an upheld complaint against it will be disqualified without a refund
  • No more than three examples of any one execution can be submitted to Fresh,
    and each submission will be treated as a separate entry requiring separate payment
  • If you enter an idea into the Low Budget Category you cannot enter it in any other category
  • All entries in the NABS Charity category must be work for charitable organisations
    and 50% of all entry revenue received in this category will be donated to NABS
  • Present your work carefully, as instructed, and label each entry securely and clearly
    using the reference number supplied online.
  • Supply one entry summary form detailing all of your entries and to use for payment online. A receipt will be issued to you automatically through the online system.
  • Each entry either individual or campaign will be charged at £75.00+vat (Eur 110.66* correct at time of publishing)
  • Please note that a Campaign is the same price as a single entry and must not consist of more than 6 items.
  • If you submit a Campaign online please only do so once without detailing each entry separately or you may be charged.
  • If you are entering work for Fresh – category 44 you will be invoiced as part of our automated system but we will delete the invoice manually from our back office on receipt of your work so you will not be charged.
  • The judge’s will have the right to move entries between categories if they feel
    that an entry has been submitted into an inappropriate category
  • No correspondence will be entered into following the judging
  • No entries will be returned.
