How To Submit Your Work
- The Website online system will generate a reference number for your entry and you should clearly mark your work with this reference number
- Radio Entries should be supplied on a CD with a track list on the case or cover although you may be asked to email over a MP3 file
- Television Entries should be supplied on a DVD with each commercial listed on the case or cover. You may be requested to supply Television ads in a different format if you are successfully shortlisted
- Press ads should be mounted and trimmed flush – please mount all campaign items separately and label accordingly
- For all other categories please supply actual examples of work
- You do have the option to include 50 words on what your thinking behind each item of work or campaign is and this should be typed and attached to your work securely (paperclips do not count as securely!)
- If you are entering a campaign (up to six items) then please only register the work once or you will be charged for each individual piece. Simply write the main reference number on the back of all items in the campaign and also detail how many items in the campaign – i.e. 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4.
- Please note that you will be asked to register each of your entries online and also upload an image for use at the event.
